Terms of use
Hatcher HQ ("HQ") is a private app run by Chace Hatcher ("we") for the Hatcher family and the businesses they own. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use HQ
Only people we invite, for the family's and its businesses' own affairs. Your access is personal: do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use it. HQ is not offered to the public and is not for sale.
Licence
We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use HQ for those purposes while we allow it. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer HQ, try to reach data your role does not allow, or use it against the law.
Connected services
If HQ is connected to another service, such as QuickBooks Online or a Google account, HQ only reads from it. Your use of that service stays under its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
Ending access
We may suspend or end anyone's access at any time, for any reason. You may stop using HQ at any time.
No warranty
HQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Figures and reminders in HQ are aids, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice; check what matters with the source or an adviser.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits, arising from the use of HQ.
Privacy
How HQ handles data is in the privacy policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We may update them; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: hatcher.chace@gmail.com.
